Based in Kent and working nationwide, Jayne brings her creative eye and industry expertise to every project, helping property developers and investors maximise returns and accelerate sales or bookings.

With a background in interior design and a love for creating spaces that feel both aspirational and welcoming, Jayne understands the value staging brings to the property community. Our SA Packs take the stress out of furnishing your Properties, giving you that instant turnkey finish ready for guests. Our high-quality furniture packages can save you both time and money. 

Whether you’re after a basic furniture pack or a full interior design plan with all furniture, soft furnishings, accessories, TVs, kitchenware, and electricals, we’ve got you covered & there is no end to the different options we offer.

Each Pack contains Furniture for Bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, Kitchenware, a Kitchen Electrical Pack, a 43″ SMART TV, an Accessories & Art Pack, a Cleaning Pack, and 1 set of Bedding per bed as Standard. 

We can also offer an additional Premium Package, which includes 3 sets of Linens per bed, Feature Wall Decoration, Blinds/Curtains & White Goods upon request.

You will find our starting prices under Services. Our quotes are always tailored to each property once we receive images or floor plans. Ensuring that every staging plan is bespoke and aligned with the unique characteristics and needs of your property. This personalised approach ensures you receive the best possible service and results. Property Staging kits are for a 6-week rental period. At The Property Staging Edit, we have years of experience in Interior Design and a team of professional stagers who are dedicated to helping you sell your home quickly and for the best possible price. We offer customised staging packages to fit any budget and work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.

We cover the whole of England, Scotland & Wales for all our Services.

At The Property Staging Edit, we understand that time is money. Once the fee has been paid and the contract has been signed, we can typically stage a property within 7–10 working days, depending on the size and scope of the project. We handle all the logistics so you can keep moving forward with your sales. If you have a more urgent timeline, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate.
